I purchased a Toyota 4Runner brand new. I received lifetime tire replacement. My wife drove the car for 5 years. I drove it after purchasing a new car for her. When I was driving it anytime I returned I did everything service told me to do. I went in to the dealer in 2014 they said I needed new tires. I was there all day after working all night waiting. The service department finally made me so frustrated I told them to put the tires on and paid for them. Now they are refusing again to replace my tires. I will be going to another place after this mess. Never purchase or service a car here. They are total liars and thieves. I just went to another tire shop. I purchased $1000.00 in tires and other repairs. This could have been money spent at Coggin. This place refused to make me any kind of offer for replacement tires. I have done everything they told me on every visit. I never questioned them. I said go ahead repair it and paid for it. I don't feel like they care about the customers. I was thinking about purchasing my next car there but they have ruined it for me. I want to tell whomever reads this that you need to take better care of your customers and make an effort to contact them. I haven't heard anything about it since I called a couple weeks ago. More

If you schedule your vehicle for a service appointment, unfortunately you can no longer expect to be done within an hour or less. In fact, today I was there for 2 hours just for a routine oil change and ti unfortunately you can no longer expect to be done within an hour or less. Arrived on time for my 8:20am appt on a Saturday. Was told it would take a hour-hour and a half to complete the servicing so I said I would wait. 3 hours later I ask for an update and they then tell Was told it would take a hour-hour and a half to complete the servicing so I said I would wait. 3 hours later I ask for an update and they then tell me that one of their machines isn’t working so all techs are working off one machine and it would be another 30-45 minutes. 4 and a half hours later I’m finally able to leave. Would appreciate more consistent updates if there are known delays and at least give the customer the option to leave and come back later. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating as I was trying to be patient and give them time to complete the job and not following up as I probably should have been. The guy that checked me in knew I was waiting at the dealership and walked past me several times and didn’t think to check on the status of the car. I work full time during the week as most people do and I would prefer not to sit in a dealership for half a day on the weekend when not given an accurate time frame to wait. I felt as though there was zero consideration for my time. I would have left and returned to pick up my car if I would have known it was going to take as long as it did. Will not be returning to this dealership. More
