I made an appointment for an oil change but of course it was due for some other maintenance checks— rotate tires, etc. I was there for 2 hours—even though I had made an appointment— BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTE was due for some other maintenance checks— rotate tires, etc. I was there for 2 hours—even though I had made an appointment— BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT. TOTAL TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE & diagnostic check almost 4 hours!!!! Also their app was not updated in real time. I was ready just to get my car back but tehnician assured me they had started working on it even though app said they hadn’t. I had also texted him after the first 2 hours & he didn’t respond. They did provide a discount since I had waited so long, but seriously I was upset about the whole experience. I’m not sure I will go back More

Jacob in service was very helpful and responsive. I went to them for a second opinion on repairs for my 4 runner, and the quote for their diagnosis came in $5300 less than three previous shop (the f I went to them for a second opinion on repairs for my 4 runner, and the quote for their diagnosis came in $5300 less than three previous shop (the first shop recommended a new engine, Toyota only found a bad fuel pump).
