I scheduled a 9:40 appointment for the required oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early to find a long line of cars to get in. As employees began to split the lines, 6 cars behind me change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early to find a long line of cars to get in. As employees began to split the lines, 6 cars behind me ended up moving up in front of me. By the time I saw a service advisor, it was 9:46. It is now 11:30 and my car just made it up on a lift. Nearly 2 hours. Most of the people that arrived when I did and even after are gone with the exception of one other person. Apparently they over scheduled a well as taking drive up customers. The reason I gave at least two stars is that the employees are polite. I finally got out of there at about 12:10. 2.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Employees are generally very polite so they've got that going for them. Overall experience though was not great. I had been getting all my service done there. More

Sales department is awesome. Service department…. Needs some attention. The service rep Chris is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to the customer and delivers intelligent Service department…. Needs some attention. The service rep Chris is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to the customer and delivers intelligent responses. Even if it does not fiscally benefit Toyota. If you don’t need a service, he will be honest. Now the actual technicians/mechanics/part exchangers… they’re the reason I will no longer be returning. They perform the work and I end up having to verify the work was actually completed while still in the parking lot. Not trust worthy. They do not pay close attention to small details. Even something as small as a zip tie holding wiring up off the engine block. They’ll reinstall the zip tie but not tighten it down. Making it pointless. Also, they did not securely tighten down the lid to my air filter box. Small details make a difference. But no one should have to verify the work was done, or done correctly after giving the department hundreds of dollars. More
