Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a tire rotation only to find out they had not even started to work on my car. I inquired why it was jot finished and the advisor said they were short staffed today. I asked why he didn’t share that information when I checked in and why he said it was only going to be an hour. Advisor stated he only found out an hour ago. An hour ago! How about letting customers know? I asked how much longer and he said an hour once they start, but he didn’t know when that would be. I asked for my car back. Totally unacceptable! Between driving there and back 2.5 hours waisted. Who knows how long I would have sat there if I didn’t inquire. Any service regardless of how minor takes more then an hour, so be prepared to wait. They don’t care about their customer’s time More
