I am so grateful to Leo for his patience, clarity, and guidance through the process of financing a replacement vehicle. He did not try to sell me something more expensive, did not push me to take on "extras" that I could not afford, and spoke straight talk. The team at Coggins really pulled through for me and I was on the road that day in a reliable, low-mileage used vehicle that was within my budget. I brought my car in for a check engine light and was expecting a diagnosis on the problem with my vehicle. They performed an MPI on my vehicle which I have gotten from Toyota in the past as a free servi expecting a diagnosis on the problem with my vehicle. They performed an MPI on my vehicle which I have gotten from Toyota in the past as a free service. The only work done on the vehicle was an MPI, and it costs $139. It takes 15-25 minutes to do this and nothing was fixed on the vehicle. I’d say they are advertising false information and the photo I’m putting up shows their original quoted price. The check engine light was off when my car was returned to me, but only after I got a $2,200 estimate for repairs. In my opinion, this business only wants to make money off of you and I would never recommend it. I paid for the “service” and am going to get my car looked at elsewhere. More
