OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! What an amazing experience at Cogswell Motors! We had "thought" about getting a new truck but decided to look around while we were in town visiting f What an amazing experience at Cogswell Motors! We had "thought" about getting a new truck but decided to look around while we were in town visiting from Virginia. We stopped by and Mike Smith talked with us to make sure he focused our experience on things we were looking for - he was invaluable in the process! After picking out a vehicle late on Tuesday, we came back early Wednesday morning and Mike had the vehicle all prepped and ready for delivery! What a fantastic experience! We've bought many vehicles over the years but never have I had such an easy transaction! Great job! More

Great saleman, poor service department Rick was a great salesman and helpful for getting everything lined up for our car. He was well informed about the car we looked at and able to answer Rick was a great salesman and helpful for getting everything lined up for our car. He was well informed about the car we looked at and able to answer our questions. We would go to see Rick again if we were in the market for a car. The service department experience was not as satisfying. After the car had been previously inspected we found some blatant problems that seemed to have been over looked. I don't reccomed the service department at this dealership. More

Good salesperson, but several disappointments I bought a used vehicle from Cogswell, expecting the good quality I have come to expect from a new dealership. The person who handled the paperwork wa I bought a used vehicle from Cogswell, expecting the good quality I have come to expect from a new dealership. The person who handled the paperwork was high pressure, coercive and overly lengthy. I found a number of issues with the vehicle that I feel the dealership knew about and didn't disclose or fix, including a deeply scratched windshield, which only appeared dirty initially. Likely why they didn't wash the car before I picked it up, so that it wasn't apparent. I expect a few issues with a used car, but expect that a new car dealership preps the vehicle well and takes care of most issues. Part of the interior trim had been reattached with a rather large screw, rather than fixed properly. Several other issues came to light also. My salesperson was honest and helpful. However, I won't shop here again. More
