Called for service appointment on 4/15/24, left message. No one returned my call for three days. Called again on 4/18/24 was told to drop off car on 4/22/24. Received estimate for $882. Called on 4/24/24 to see if car was ready, sent to voice mail. No return call again! Drove to dealership. Service employee sitting on his phone, no wonder he couldn't return a call again. Car ready, bill over $1000, did not even wash it. Called asked to speak to service manager, never have received a call. This car has 53000 miles on it, paid cash, never should of had a leak in the air conditioning. This was my second purchase from Cole, NEVER again will you have my business. Called my salesman for refund after my first PMA (oil change + tire) August 2023. When he was selling the PMA i said; if i get 2/yr thats $83/visit.
