This dealership was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with her purchase of a Rogue. It has a great inventory - which many dealerships do not currently have. The first me that I stopped in, a salesperson quickly approached and after talking for a few minutes, went to get the keys to a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Great - if he had ever returned! It was an extremely hot, humid day. I continued to browse, eventually getting back in my car to get cool. Then, I started walking around the lot again. Two different people who worked there ( possibly mechanics) were travelling from building to building stopped to ask if I had been helped. I told them that I was waiting for the sales person to return. They were very apologetic about my wait. I eventually left without ever seeing the sales person again. Fast forward several months... I returned. I'm not sure what happened at my previous visit but decided to give the dealership another chance. I have been there 3 more times looking around each at a different time of day. I have yet to be helped by anyone! There were no available sales persons out and about the lot! I even parked near their entrance door while I was looking. I admit I did not go inside - but I have never been shopping for a vehicle when I had to look for a person to assist me. I have never felt more invisible! I have since found other Nissan dealerships much more friendly and helpful. Even though this dealership is closer to my home, I will continue to do business with another Nissan dealership - they were willing to acknowledge me and helped me to find the perfect vehicle. I wasted too much time at Cole Nissan in Kalamazoo. I hope others do not have this happen! More
