From the moment you greeted us at the door until the moment we left, you were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Despite my mother’s apprehension to test drive, you kindly offered to take us for a ride. During the test drive, you offered for her to drive the vehicle around the local neighborhood streets, demonstrated all of the buttons (and ensured her you could make them as “simple as she’d like them to be”), and eventually convinced her to drive the vehicle around the dealership lot. You ensured she heard and understood about the vehicle, including the “keyless” entry. Because of your patience, my mother felt comfortable enough to return to your dealership on her own on February 14th to purchase her new red ATS! However, your responsiveness did not end there. You spent a number of hours with her that day. You assisted her with obtaining her GM code, set up her new vehicle to her liking, and as nightfall approached, you personally ensured she got home safely that evening by driving her new vehicle home for her. I also appreciated you ensuring she chose a vehicle with all-wheel drive “because that is what her daughter wanted”! THANK YOU!
