I have never liked dealing with salemen, but with the exception of Carl, he was excellant, he came off very nice, very personable. When we showed him the vehicle we were interested in, he had us take the car for a drive to see how it handled and explained all the options on the vehicle, how to use them and set them up, just full of information about the two vehicles we were looking at. Once we decided on what one we wanted, he did everything possible to get us that vehicle, they call around to see if he could get us exactly what we were looking for and just before we left the dealership they had already located it. We came back in and finished the paperwork. He was one of the most helpful salesmen I had ever had dealings with. We are very pleased with our CTS 2 door coupe and Carl. This is not my first experience with Cole Valley and that is why I continue to buy from this dealership. This experience was buying a new Cadillac. Everyone was very friendly. When I picked up my car, Rand went over all of the inside and outside features. It was very helpful. I feel that the price they gave me for my trade and the price of the new vehicle was fair. I moved to the Clevel Cole Valley Motors in 1998. Since then, I have purchased / leased 6 additional new Pontiacs and Cadillacs from this dealership. I moved to the Cleveland area in 2000 and I still come back to Cole Valley to purchase my vehicles. This dealership does not want to just sell you one car, they want to sell you your next 10+ cars. This is clearly demonstrated through Cole Valley's customer service in all departments (Sales, Parts and Service). You leave this dealership and feel that you have been taken care of. There is a personal approach to all aspects of the sales and service processes. There is very little negotiation at this dealership. All of the pricing has been very upfront and the value on all of my trades have beat the large volume dealerships. The Cole Family and Joe Sember have mastered relationship selling in the automotive dealership market. I purchase my cars from them because I know if I have a problem or need something, I will be taken care of. My last Cadillac that I purchased from Joe Sember was driven to my home in Aurora, because I couldn't get off of work to come pick it up. It is the little extras that add up. I have shared this with friends and family and they also have had the same experience with Cole Valley. More

I went to Cole Valley to buy a new Cadillac Crossover. Despite the fact it was the end of the model year they had three exterior colors for me to choose from, they had the car, model and features I wanted Despite the fact it was the end of the model year they had three exterior colors for me to choose from, they had the car, model and features I wanted. Rand even explained to me options that I might not want. I choose the black exterior with the black interior, a 2012 SRX. Rand and I went on a test ride plus he let me keep my old vehicle in the lot for a few days until I could pick it up. He did his best to explain the technical features of the vehicle to me but honestly some were over my head. Rand was extremely kind & professional. All in all an outstanding car buying experience. I highly recommend Rand to anyone looking to buy any of the cars at Cole Valley. More
