I have been shopping cars for the last 33 years (I'm 50) and I have never had such a positive experience like I had during this transaction. Chris is without a doubt the most responsive, trustable sales rep that I have dealt with. He emailed me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and more (he even included an easy to read breakdown of the different trim lines.) There was no gimmicky pricing schemes, just the lowest price possible. There was absolutely no negative sales pressure. I am not speaking lightly here. I wholeheartedly recommend Coleman due to men like Chris and Rory, the finance manager, who is without a doubt the most helpful, nicest, easy to get along with finance guy you will l likely ever meet. He is not out to make a buck off you but rather determined to satisfy you. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever. Again, I am just an average guy who was looking to buy a car without being taken and I am oh so glad I went to Coleman first!!! My wife, who accompanied me shares my views. More
Sales Manager (Chris Covino) has no integrity. I searched the internet and found just the car I was looking for. I called and spoke with the salesman, Frank. He was polite and friendly and answere I searched the internet and found just the car I was looking for. I called and spoke with the salesman, Frank. He was polite and friendly and answered my questions. I told him that I would purchase the car if they would agree to a little lower price. He said that he would have to get the OK from Chris Covino, the sales manager. He called me the next morning offering me the car at the reduced price, but removing the longer warranty period, in exchange for the price reduction. I agreed to the terms and we struck a deal. He took my credit card and collected a $2500 deposit, cementing the deal. Since I live in Tennessee, I would have to make arrangements to fly to New Jersey. He emailed me information about the nearest airports. My wife and I were excited! The next morning (almost 24 hours after they took my deposit) I received a call from Chris Covino telling me that he was selling the car to someone else. EVEN though they already had my money!!! I told Chris Covino that he had no integrity and that dishonest people like him are why car salesman are held in such low esteem. He didn't care. He sold the car to someone else for more money. I really expected better from a Cadillac dealer. If others who read this review don't buy a car from Coleman Buick GMC Cadillac, then maybe the ownership will begin doing business honestly. If I were you, I would go somewhere else. More

Chris Tandy was our salesman and he was excellent. He was able to provide more than enough information for us and did not push us like many other dealers would. He was very honest and up front with us which was excellent. The final price we negotiated was beyond excellent and better than I ever expected. The trade in value we received was also more than I expected. After finishing up, the car was detailed and fueled for us prior to leaving. Chris and the sales managers met all of our needs and then some. I am very satisfied with Coleman Buick GMC. I will definitely recommend both Coleman Buick GMC and our salesman Chris Tandy to my friends and family and be back for my next vehicle. More

I needed a good lease, they listened to what I needed to be at, only because I am getting a new mortgage soon as well and I needed to stay within a budget. They didn't try to push me beyond what I could spend, they were realistic and gave me a great price, a good monthly payment that I could afford. They didn't bully me into things I did not want or need. And guess what, they appreciated me! Rick Y. and Ty were a great team as a salesperson and my sales manager. They worked hard and were realistic about what they could and could not do. I have leased cars practically my whole life and this is by far the best experience I have ever had buying/leasing a car. Our salesperson Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered our questions without the "hard sell". When it came time to make our final decision, Chris and his manager Ty stayed well beyond closing on a Saturday night to give us a great deal on a GMC Acadia and allowed my family and I to drive home happy in our new SUV. During that process, our 3 children were treated wonderfully which made the process much easier. Being a salesperson myself, I was very happy that both Chris and Ty cut through all of the typical BS and made my car buying experience as pleasant and positive as possible. Thanks guys! My husband and I have leased many vehicles over the years and this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. As a matter of fact, it’s the only one where I felt enough trust to actually enjoy the experience and leave feeling excited, not stressed. A company’s culture is always evident to the customer-for better or worse. Everyone I met at Coleman seemed very genuine and happy to be there. Ty, Ed, Rory, and especially our salesperson-Jim Lennon. Jim was everything you want in a salesperson but rarely get. He was down to earth, honest, plain spoken, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about what was important to us to help us make the best choice. And on top of it, just a really great guy. If you could clone Jim, you wouldn’t have to worry about beating the competition-there would be no competition! We walked in on a Thursday having never even been inside a Yukon before, and on Saturday morning I was driving one home. The whole family loves it. All the best, Jennifer Corriero P.S.
