Untrustworthy Service Dept Oil change is $42 + tax somehow = $101?! I’ve asked them to check a knocking noise coming from my gas tank - found none. My steering wheel makes a s Oil change is $42 + tax somehow = $101?! I’ve asked them to check a knocking noise coming from my gas tank - found none. My steering wheel makes a scrapping sound while going 5-10 mph and especially when turning or parking- nothing wrong. However, they recommend more service maintenance that would cost a lot of money? And also, they can’t say whether these issues are covered by my warranty? I have a 2016 vehicle and bought it just 2 years ago. More

Great Service continues I had my 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD serviced this past Saturday June 23, 2018. The service was spectacular. Running smooth now My service writer was extremely helpful and made sure all of my vehicle issues were tended to. Dave kept me updated through the day and sent someone t My service writer was extremely helpful and made sure all of my vehicle issues were tended to. Dave kept me updated through the day and sent someone to pick me up and gave me a loaner vehicle. The following day I picked up my vehicle and the other service writer explained everything they did and what it was for. Mechanics did excellent work and kept my car exactly as it was, nice & clean. Running smooth now! More
Oil Change Visit The service staff could use a little more training on "customer service" (how to greet customers, smile, use please and thank yous). Just overall basic pleasantries that go hand and hand with great customer service. There's a coldness when you walk in. But my experience has been by the time you leave the staff is falling over themeselves trying to be nice. It's weird. Also, I was promised a complimentary car wash. At first glance the car "looked" like it had been washed. But upon closer inspection, I think someone only wiped it down with a dry cloth. It was clear they hadn't touched it with a spray bottle let alone a hose and soap. Very disappointing. More

Repair not covered by GMPP I am really hot!!!!!~ I own a 2012 Terrain SLT-1 with only 28k on it. I was just informed that some kind of drain tube in the sun roof is cracked caus I am really hot!!!!!~ I own a 2012 Terrain SLT-1 with only 28k on it. I was just informed that some kind of drain tube in the sun roof is cracked causing water damage inside the vehicle. My vehicle is covered with a GMPP. This is not a part I could have damaged as it is inside the vehicle structure somewhere. I expect the repair to be covered under my GMPP. At this time the water damage has caused mold to grow in the carpet. As a severe asthmatic mold is deadly to me. This means I can no longer drive this vehicle. I have been a customer of Coleman Buick, GMC, Cadillac since 1999. I purchased 4 new vehicles from them and have had the vehicles 100% serviced there. I drive 50 miles passing another GMC dealer (within walking distance from my home) to got here. Right now I have no beef with Coleman, but I expect GMC to do the right thing. More
