Liers I was apporved theough wells fargo finacial and was approved for up to 35k yet because of my credit score which was not that great the sales manager l I was apporved theough wells fargo finacial and was approved for up to 35k yet because of my credit score which was not that great the sales manager linited me to my choice of vehicle stating that it had to be a vehicle that had incentives or rebates. So i was given only a choice of two models. That where way below the amou t i was approved for. Later i the week i learned that every car in the hyundai family had incentives and rebates so i could hve chosen from any model with whatever options. because i was a first time buyer and not knowledgable i was given only two options to choose from which were the base models and not able to add on any features like sunroof or power seats. I bought the car regardless because i wasnt knowledgable about car shopping. I felt like i was lied to from the time i stepped into the dealer . If i had the chance to go back to that day i would have taken my business to another hyundai dealer or possibaly to anorher brand dealer just because the negative experience i had . If i am spending 35k on a car i shiuld have the option of purchasin a car with the things i desire to have in it not be told that i have only the opitons the dealer is giving me. The sales person was helpful but yet again he linited me to those two options not becuase of he said but because his sales manager told him to! Again the sales manager forced the sales rep to lie to me about my options. This is very unprofessional and sneaky from the sales managment. I will never go or recomend anyone to work with this sales manement. The sales rep was excelent but his managers should be penalized for this. I am some what unsatisfactory with my purxhase after i found out about the car options i really had to begin with.. I know for a fact that the sales managment team sold me a car that was sitting on the lot for a couple of months now because i found documents that were left in the glove compartment when i got home of a cuatomer who the car was loaned out for 3 days as a loaner.. Pretty much they sold me a car that had 116 miles on it. Rhat had been sitting in the lot for 2 months and needed to get rid of fast . My brother in law is a sales man at a honda dealer and told me this was the technique the sales managemnt used to get rid of cara that have been in inventory for to long . If i would have known this prior to buying the car i would have not bought this car! To late now i guess but over all i did not like my experince with the dealer! The sales representative was great and the finance manager but the sales manager was horrible. All he cared about was gettig rid of the car at what ever cost.. Oh and not to mention they sold it to me above msrp ! So the rebate just brought it back down to still a price above msrp.. They got me good More
