College Park Hyundai has earned my loyalty I purchased a Sonata about 3 years ago and had such a good experience then I cam back for a used car for my son and brought my colleague with me who a I purchased a Sonata about 3 years ago and had such a good experience then I cam back for a used car for my son and brought my colleague with me who also needed a used vehicle. David Lee and Eddie Duncan teamed up and worked with Manager Rick Sterry to overcome credit obstacles for my colleague and had the perfect car waiting for me to look at when I got there (which I bought!). Then I was shown how I could "up-grade" to a brand new Sonata for the same payments, so I left with it too! Ebonni was phenomenal in getting the paperwork handled thoroughly, quickly and easily. Better than a dry cleaner...I was in by 6, out by 9. My colleague left with her SUV and that left me with 2 new cars and only "me" to drive home. Eddie followed me in one car so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. The entire experience was service oriented and handled the way I could only hope for. BUT they made it a reality! I used the service center for my previous Sonata and intend to do so with my new cars too since the service department has proven to be equally as service oriented. - Highly recommend them. Originally we did not plan to purchase because we were looking around to buy one during December. However, the dealer showed us what we wanted to see and explained everything so politely, even though we told him in the beginning we were not purchasing today. Also, when we asked him for the price, he gave us a reasonable price that we would pay. He offered us free oil changes and when we told him we do our own oil changes at home, he immediately offered to fill up our tank for our old car that we came in with. We would come back to buy from him again because he made it easy and quick. I would recommend anyone who need Korean speaker to buy from David Lee. More

Excellent service from arrival to leaving in the new car! Upon sending an online inquiry about a vehicle listed online, I was promptly contacted by Charles Anene, who helped me to set up a time to come in the Upon sending an online inquiry about a vehicle listed online, I was promptly contacted by Charles Anene, who helped me to set up a time to come in the following day. My fiancee and I walked in to College Park Hyundai to take a look at a 2012 Honda Pre-Certified Civic (College Park Hyundai and Honda are one big entity, in case it sounds confusing). Before we even walked in the door, we were greeted by Charles who offered to immediately let us drive the car, once he got a copy of my license. He said if we were interested, we could park it out front and come in to talk to him. Needless to say, the car was in perfect condition and we knew we wanted it. We returned to the dealership and met with Charles, who was delighted to hear that we liked the car. We were then walked through the entire process, from submitting credit applications to selecting aftermarket accessory options. We were then taken to the finance department, who was able to help us understand the terms of our financing options. The woman who assisted us (my apologies, I don't believe I got her name) gave some advice, as well, which we then took into consideration in choosing our final financing terms. They printed us temporary tags, got us a temporary registration, and got all our paperwork for us and bundled it up neatly. Charles then came out to put the tags on the car, and we once again thanked him for his excellent service and we drove off the lot with our brand-new (well, brand-new-to-us!) Civic. This review is more about Charles than the dealership as a whole (which was also excellent). Very rarely in the "car dealership" industry do you come across someone who is genuinely interested in being fair, courteous, transparent, and honest in all aspects, be it professional or personal behavior. Charles was exemplary - when we pointed out a discretion between the advertised online price and the dealer's listed price, he quickly got it taken care of and honored the lower price without question. I would gladly send anyone who is interested in an excellent car-buying experience (and an excellent car!) to visit Charles and his staff at College Park Hyundai. It was a pleasure, Charles! More
