It is a shame I can't give a negative star rating! I was finally able to make a deal to purchase a 2025 Mustang Mach-E from College Station Ford after a week of dealing. Ben (salesman) and I had good negotiations until we got to an agreement at which point he claimed the best price was $2800 more than agreed and "That's what it is." I waited a few days and spoke with Michael Bean (sales mgr) and reached an agreement within 5 minutes at a price lower than the first negotiation. However, when going through financing, I found a $1900 line item added to the price. When I questioned it, I was told it was a charge added to all vehicles. I refused to pay it and ultimately had it removed which dropped the payment almost $50 a month. These people are S-H-A-D-Y!!! NEVER use or recommend this dealership! More

Brought f150 in for a sensor replacement & over heating issue informing them I thought it was a fan issue. They had my truck a little over 2 months, replaced thermostat,temp sensor, fan control module & P issue informing them I thought it was a fan issue. They had my truck a little over 2 months, replaced thermostat,temp sensor, fan control module & PCM. Finally they said offer hearing issue was fixed, to the tune of $4000. Guess what? It's still over heating. Guess I paid $4000 for them to store it for 2 months, cause they didn't fix the problem More
