Incredible Experience! I cannot say enough great things about College Station Ford. I have had my vehicle serviced there in the past and Grant and his team have always bee I cannot say enough great things about College Station Ford. I have had my vehicle serviced there in the past and Grant and his team have always been amazing. For the last few weeks I have been shopping for a very specific truck. Glacier Gray F-250 King Ranch with the Tremor Package. I spoke to at least 6 dealerships throughout the process. All of these dealers had the exact truck I wanted. Every attempt to get information from the first five dealers was exhausting. I was constantly calling, texting, or emailing just trying to find out availability and get numbers. Finally, I reached out to College Station Ford which is about two hours away from me. I spoke to a Sales Manager named Michael Bean who confirmed the availability of the truck within a couple of minutes. He asked me a couple of questions and before we were off the phone I knew I was buying my truck from College Station Ford. He made it so simple. No gimmicks. He was honest and up front… such a breath of fresh air. He also got me hooked up with financing terms that fit my needs perfectly. Michael had a salesman named Tyler help me with getting the ball rolling and handling the logistics of the transaction. Tyler was awesome and even helped me to understand the Ford Pass app. He was extremely positive and focused on ensuring that I knew everything about the truck and told me if I had any questions moving forward to reach out to him anytime. The Finance Manager, BJ was so efficient. I’ve always dreaded dealing with the finance aspect of a car deal because it seems to take forever… this was by far the easiest and quickest experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. BJ was informative and communicated thoroughly. Even though I live 125 miles from College Station Ford, I will surely be recommending them to all of my friends and families.
