Kudos for Dick Cortes at Colley Ford in Glendora, CA! When I told him on the phone what model car I was hoping to get, he came and picked me up in the C-Max Hybrid that he knew I would like, and I did li When I told him on the phone what model car I was hoping to get, he came and picked me up in the C-Max Hybrid that he knew I would like, and I did like it--right away! Before he had me drive the C-Max back to Colley Ford, he explained thoroughly how the vehicle operated as a hybrid. He then made me feel at ease throughout the application process. Mr. Cortes introduced me to the pertinent department heads and instructed me on the timeliness for servicing, etc. of the vehicle. After I was approved for the lease, the C-Max was then washed for me, and Mr. Cortes then explained in more detail how the vehicle operated before I drove it home. Needless to say, I am now a happy lessee. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Cortes, the outstanding Sales and Leasing Consultant at Colley Ford. Had a trouble free experience- not an easy thing to do these days. Dave was great, he answered the phone and helped me the whole way. didn't realize that he was the General Sales Manager, but that is a b these days.
