Now, 4 weeks later, I've received at least 8 letters from different banks, notifying me that they couldn't approve my loan application to purchase vehicle. When I contacted dealer, to let them know how upset I was, they said there was nothing they could do. I never gave them permission to do this & now I have several inquiries on my credit report, which lowers my credit score. Do not recommend them if you're going in with a pre-approved loan. More

I went to the dealer on Saturday to check out the vehicle, I knew exactly what I wanted and was there for about an hour and a half. We texted several times Saturday and the sale was approved late Saturday afternoon. I arrived at the Colley Ford at 9:45 Sunday morning papers were ready and I left with my new Explorer Platinum edition after some system training at 11:00 am. SWEET!!!!! More
