This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!PLEASE GO TO WOLFCHASE JEEP if you're looking for quality customer service. This company is straight ridiculous and the owners don't care , if they did they wouldn't have so mannnnnnny bad reviews on multiple outlets. There was a response from them saying they've tried to reach out to me to solve the issue on multiple outlets that a lie, no one has called. "What goes around comes around" cause I'm not the only consumer that has been mistreated. Does it make sense for a dealership to order parts for you and don't tell you when they have been received ...right then when I called and asked Bennett stated yes they are in with no remorse like I'm not riding around daily with an issue. Why not call the customer if I've been waiting for weeks?!?!?! More

Never could get anyone on phone or to call us back My husband is a mail carrier and needs his Jeep we had towed there Saturday and we understood that Monday it would be looked at because there was prev My husband is a mail carrier and needs his Jeep we had towed there Saturday and we understood that Monday it would be looked at because there was previous warranty work done and we were told it would be on Monday and put that afternoon because they u sweat pod he needed it for his job, so Monday comes and our jeep want even pulled in at all and we call and talk to Bennett and he says he will get in in the morning we got our jeep back Tuesday at 11 and the paper says it took them only an hour to fix so why couldn’t that had been done the day before, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone it wouldn’t had been so bad if someone just would have called us to let us know but instead they beat around the bush!! It was warranty work they fixed ten days prior so we should have been a priority!!! Our supervisor called in two days so they pushed us to side which is very unprofessional! More

Service department needs MUCH improvement! HORRIBLE! My Dodge Magnum went into the shop only needing a replacement acuator pin because it would not crank, thereby not start. They decided to take 5 freakin' days to double check what I'd already told them the problem was!!! They quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE, and because of which, I had them to stop all work and restore everything back to the condition it was in when it was towed to them. I go to pay the diagnostic fee and the 1.5 hour labor fee to put everything back to its initial state, but now my whole ignition is SHOT and my vehicle has NO POWER AT ALL, whereas I at least had power when I delivered the car to them. Chad denies that my car ignition cylinder was operational and we went back and forth about it! If you want your car held up abnormally long and quoted outrageous labor fees, go to Chad, the service supervisor at Collierville Dodge! Take your vehicle somewhere else. More

HORRIBLE AND SHADY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! BUYER BEWARE I wish we could give 0 zero stars because they sure earned it! We had issues with this dealership since the beginning. A few weeks after initially pur I wish we could give 0 zero stars because they sure earned it! We had issues with this dealership since the beginning. A few weeks after initially purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which we were told was completely inspected, my daughter was driving and had the head gasket blow. Luckily, it was under warranty and nothing dangerous happened. Recently, we had been experiencing a rear ticking noise while driving, so we took the car to Performance Tire to determine if it was a tire issue and they said they felt it was a mechanical issue and that we should take it to our local dealership, Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We took the car in for a diagnostic test, which we believed to be under warranty and were not told otherwise there would be a fee. The dealership kept the car for three days. They called on day 2 to inform us that they were still working on it. On the third day, Chad called and said we needed 4 new tires and to fix the break system. Chad quoted us $1900. I decided to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told I owed a diagnostic fee of $104 and that I could not pick up the car unless I paid this fee. I paid the fee and took the car elsewhere. My personal mechanic told us four new tires were needed, the brakes were brand new, and the ticking noise came from a piece of duct tape that had been caught on the wheel. This was all done free of charge. When we originally purchased the car, we had been told that the tires were brand new and were shocked to have to spend $600. Had Chad and Collierville Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram actually checked the tires or breaks, they would have needed to remove the tires and would have discovered the hanging duct tape. We are seeking to have a full refund of the diagnostic test, since it is apparent that no diagnostic work was performed and a return on the tire fees, since we were told that we had brand new tires at time of purchase. Stay away from this shady dealership that is so obviously about advancing their bottom line and seems to have a completely rude and incompetent service department. More
