2018 Flying Cloud 25 FBT Purchase My wife and I purchased a new 2018 Flying Cloud 25 FBT and Equalizer Hitch from Colonial Airstream in early March and we picked it up at the dealershi My wife and I purchased a new 2018 Flying Cloud 25 FBT and Equalizer Hitch from Colonial Airstream in early March and we picked it up at the dealership in Lakewood, NJ on 3/15/2018. The salesperson (Patrick Botticelli) was excellent and very knowledgeable. We worked out the sale over the phone and I drove up from Georgia to pick it up. Colonial has a large inventory of Airstream trailers. I was able to find what I wanted with the options I wanted in stock. The orientation with Kevin Amaro was very thorough and complete. We went over the entire trailer. Chris Defelice from the service department installed the Equalizer hitch components on the trailer and my truck, He also showed me how to hook up the trailer/hitch to the truck. The entire staff was great to work with and extremely friendly. We spent the night at the dealership in our trailer and I was able to visit with several other owner's from Tennessee, Pennsylvania and South Dakota who were also picking up their new trailers. The next day I had more questions for the staff. It was a great experience. The drive back from New Jersey to Georgia was approximately 830 miles. We returned with the trailer through Pennsylvania to avoid the Washington, DC traffic and Delaware tunnels. The tunnels don't allow you to transport propane. More

Since we live in Maryland, the entire purchasing process was done via phone contacts, e-mails and USPS overnight service - easy and professional in every way. Nick was our point of contact. Once we arrived to pick up our Bambi, we were given an in depth orientation with Kevin. It was raining and cold that day, so the Airstream was moved inside for a comfortable orientation. Again, thanks!! Chris did a fantastic job explaining to trailer hitch set-up and making sure all elements worked perfectly. Finally, thank you Laura for sending the tags to our desired location. During pickup, we had knowledgeable technicians explain every aspect of our unit and fit my truck with a hitch. I would highly recommend utilizing their services, as they have superior customer service, compared to competitors we tried. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience at this dealership and can’t say enough good things about them. Listen, tell your friends, tell your family, this is the only place I’d recommend on the east coast. More

Our experiences We traveled from OHio to purchase an serienity. We were met by Nick. He was wonderful, a very laid back sales person who also owns and airstream. After our decision we went forward with the finance procedures with Dave who was also great to work with at this point! We then traveled back to pick up the unit a couple weeks later. Kevin actually both Kevin’s were really fun and great to work with and knowledgeable. We then met Chris and again nothing but great, went above and beyond to help us get rolling. After spending the night at the dealer we only had one hot shower, both Kevin and Chris were on it immediately. We thought it was fixed, but the first night in the campground again no hot water for the second shower. After calling and talking to Chris several times we were getting it trouble shot and close to a fix. Then after 3 hours of trying things I could no longer get a hold of him, but very close to getting it fixed. Having a degree in electronics and a corporate pilot, I know that sometimes things take a while. After calling back three times Dave got on the phone and give me a total run around, even saying you’re home now why do you need Hot Water. REALLY! I assume he’s family or why else would you keep a guy like that there. I was then transferred to Kevin only to explain the whole thing over and start from the beginning. We tried the last thing and that Friday parts were fed X for Saturday morning delivery. I installed the parts and yes we now have hot water. You be the judge, yes I would buy another from them but would not be happy dealing with the GM, I know that they want to keep rolling them off the lot but please after you have our money we should get more respect. I think he needs to go to people skills training. Thanks to all that were so good More

We were welcomed and left to look at a couple of models. There was zero sales pressure. When it came time to make a deal, there was zero haggle. When I needed my temp registration issued early, Patrick was extremely responsive to my email even when he was out of town on a conference. We settled on a day to issue the registration and I fully expected I would have to make another call on that day to remind him. To my delight, I had to take no further action because Patrick did what he said he would do! An email arrived with my temp registration without any nagging. So wonderfully refreshing! When we came to take delivery of the Airstream, Kevin was extremely helpful in walking us through every detail. We were especially appreciative of this help because we are complete newbies to the world of RVing. Chris installed our hitch and helped us walk through the hitching process and taught us how to winterize. Both Chris and Kevin were great to work with. Going to Colonial was completely worth the 6 hour ride from Pittsburgh and I would recommend them to anyone. More
