We lost our 2021 Crossroads Zinger RV in an accident coming back from Florida and we were devastated. We were not transporting it and nobody was harmed, but she was totaled, we purchased her from Camping World in Syracuse and we were told we had insurance (our car insurance). We didn't know we had to purchase additional insurance, we have only bought cars, we were wrong... While entering the RV world, anytime we saw an Airstream we drooled. Devastated over the loss, we went to check Colonial Airstream, and Tin Pony was there, waiting to be our home. She is a 30FB Flying Cloud Office, perfect for our Equestrian Family of 4 (soon to be 3, as our teen will leave for College next year) Patrick was amazing, he pulled all strings to ensure we had her as soon as possible, as we are a traveling family, due to the horse shows, we need a home on wheels. Patrick made sure we had: Proper Insurance (Progressive); Proper Towing Vehicle; and All the information we needed to make our new beginnings sweeter. We are so grateful for the outstanding customer care, we came in distraught and we left all smiles. Colonial rolls the red carpet (for real) when you pick her up. When buying my Airstream, I had to buy into the Airstream value. Initially it cost a lot. I had to believe it would hold its value. Fast forward five years when Health and age were the limiting factors. value. Initially it cost a lot. I had to believe it would hold its value. I recently purchased a 2021 23 foot Flying Cloud with Nick. I was kept informed of the order status. Upon my arrival for orientation and pick up, I was greeted and welcolmed by the staff and immediately Nick. I was kept informed of the order status.
