We shopped around a bit, then settled on Colonial who had the best price, was the closest to CT, and had patient, knowledgeable staff. They instructed us in all the details of our 2019 Airstream Nest before we drove off their lot. They dealt with a myriad of phone calls from us. Their organization in the paperwork department was phenomenal—including the tax issues from state to state. Even the tiny things: after a long trip, the receptionist said,”Welcome! The restrooms are down the hall!” How did she know! At our CT DMV, I had an issue that was immediately rectified with a fax from Colonial. We dealt primarily with Nick for the sale, Kevin for the walkthrough, and Chris for the installation of the braking system which we didn’t even know we needed! We had a dream experience with everybody and everything at Colonial! We will definitely recommend this fantastic dealership to anyone interested in trailering or motor homing! More

Colonial is a large organization, but fosters a family atmosphere. We’ve experienced multiple dealerships over the years, and feel that the Colonial organization—sales, customer service, and vehicle service—is absolutely the best! In fact, we’ve purchased the last three Airstreams from Colonial. Under the capable leadership of David Starin, the sales experience has always been exceptional. Patrick, our salesperson, was very competent, friendly, and attentive. Nick and Kevin were very helpful, too. Joe, customer service, conducted an incredibly organized and thorough orientation to the new motor home. Joe and Kevin made the transition from our old vehicle to the new motor home very easy. We know there will be questions, but we take comfort that professional assistance is only a phone call away.
