A dream come true! I have always admired the AirStream, but didn’t think I could ever own one. Until I went to the Colonial AirStream website and found a used 2017 Flyi I have always admired the AirStream, but didn’t think I could ever own one. Until I went to the Colonial AirStream website and found a used 2017 Flying Cloud 25FB. Not only are their prices fair, but their service is impeccable. From the paperwork, right through to the orientation, everyone was outstanding. Thank you Patrick, Laura, Kevin, Kevin and so many others that were so helpful, but we didn't get their names. All of you made our experience totally enjoyable. More

Kevin Amaro was our guide for our April 25th overnight orientation. He was very patient and knowledgeable of all the systems. Chris DeFelice (Hitch Whisperer) was outstanding and truly caring when setting up our Equlizer hitch and also in correcting the very few little tweaks. This sincere young man has both people and mechanical skills. He is a huge asset to the Service Dept. Literally all personnel we dealt with were friendly and outstanding! I drove from Ocala Florida-1500 miles- to pick her up! 27FB International Serenity. Why go so far? PRICE & product knowledge. Over the phone negotiations plus email responses were so amazing. I had watched all their YouTube videos showcasing all the different models so I already knew exactly what I wanted. Their website is awesome & lists ALL their inventory WITH PICTURES! Patrick was so patient with me (I had several delays before I could get to NJ from FL) & he set my mind at ease on more than one occasion! The price was better than ANY nearer me and no one had this model with 2 solar panels already installed (from factory!) and a manual awning-yes, I wanted a manual, not an automatic one. Upon arrival it was the most welcoming atmosphere! Everyone in the office greeted me and made me comfy. I felt like family. I was so excited and they all joined in & shared my excitement. I’ve had after the sale service which has been just as nice and expedited. They continue to offer and give me super support and ALL my expectations have been exceeded! Lots of enthusiasm and facts from Nick, but no pressure. We finally decided to go with Nick and Colonial Airstream with a 2018 Flying Cloud 27FB and we were thrilled. We drove away our Airstream today and are very pleased with Nick, Patrick Botticelli, Gary ( service manager), Scott (parts), Kevin (orientation) and Chri (technician). And I have forgotten the name of another tech and the business manage who helped us. It is so obvious that the customer comes first at Colonial. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a more structured driving session. I took an RV Bootcamp 6 hour course earlier in California so it did not matter that much to me, but a longer and more structured driving lesson definitely helps a first time Trailer person gain the skill and confidence to feel more comfortable on the road that first time. But overall, I recommend buying an Airstream at Colonial without trservation. More
