Terrible Customer Service at the Body Shop My car was towed here after an accident. I was from out of town and was told that the repairs would take 2-3 weeks. I struggled greatly with contactin My car was towed here after an accident. I was from out of town and was told that the repairs would take 2-3 weeks. I struggled greatly with contacting anyone at the shop who had information about my vehicle, was relayed misinformation several times, did not have my calls returned, and was never given a deadline that could be kept. Colonial Chevrolet had my car for 7 weeks and on the day that I picked it up, there were still problems with it. More
