I rate any business by the people they employ, and that I have to deal with. Colonial Chevy fixed my Camaro, and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the service dept. employees. Dan, and his co-worker on the service desk were a pleasure to deal with. I can go anywhere to have my Camaro fixed, but because of their service dept., I will find it a pleasure to deal with these gentlemen in the future

The representative that helped me with my services, went above and beyond my expectations and hopes. Dan is extremely motivated to serve his customers above what they should expect. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable with helping me understand the service they did that day, and always had a welcoming smile on his face!!!
I normally deal with Colonial of Watertown, which I love, I called Anthony in Watertown at the site of my accident and he put me in touch with Colonial Chevrolet to assist me. They were wonderful from the word go! From dealing with my insurance company to the rental car to the work being done to perfection and keeping me informed. Just AMAZING!!!!!!
Service desk personnel are excellent: pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. For me, an easy place to be a customer. It is an instinct based on my experience at Colonial service, but I feel that the mechanical work will be properly and reliably accomplished.
Everyone I encountered through the dealership from the receptionist the service managers the parts department including the service technician, all the people were very professional courteous and pleasant to work with.
This was the first time visiting the service department for scheduled maintenance. I was impressed that they looked up my car in GM's database and let me know there were two recalls for my car. The only problem I have is not with the dealer, but with GM: I had not been notified of either recall. (Eventually, several days later, I was notified of the second recall, but not the first!)
Long time customer, just in for recent routine service. The appointment was prompt and I always feel well taken care of. While waiting for my 2015 Malibu to be serviced I was able to talk with Jim in sales who took the time to go over the new 2016 Malibu. I am seriously thinking about an upgrade now and will be sure to let you know when it is decision making time.
