The jeep is a 2019. In 2020 I complained that my mileage was going down. I was given 1 excuse after another. Finally did a diagnostic check and was told there were no pr In 2020 I complained that my mileage was going down. I was given 1 excuse after another. Finally did a diagnostic check and was told there were no problems. I went to another dealer and was told the same. They also said they did a test drive. Went back to Colonial and told them to change the oil in the car , transmission and other areas. The mileage improved. It cost me $ 850.00. I found that by manually shifting into 7 th and 8 th gear the car would get better mileage. This is something the dealer should find. The transmission is still not right. More
