Service Dept does not respect scheduled appointments I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. By the time I found a parking place in the always overcrowded parking lot, I was at the desk at 1:02pm. My car was not even moved to the service bay until 1:56pm. It was another hour before it was returned to me. When I remarked that 2 hours was a long time for an oil change and tire rotation, first she tried to use the time the order was printed (1:11pm) to imply I was quite late. This is called adding insult to injury. Then she complained that because it was a holiday, they were short-handed. As if they had no control over matching the number of appointments scheduled to available staff. Unfortunately this was not the first time I was left waiting so long, but it will be the last. More

Their sister dealership in Watertown, MA closed down and I was trying to get warranty work done on my car at another Jeep dealer locally. The warranty company was very difficult and were not willing to help me resolve the issue. Steve helped to get my claim processed so I could get my vehicle fixed at a different dealership! He listened to my situation and even kept me updated as to what was happening. His service to me was amazing! More
