We felt like they were rushing us into a deal and when we went to sign the paperwork there were costs that were not disclosed so the quoted price went up $70 a month. Walked away right to Colonial. Colonial made the process so easy - very professional. It was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had! Dan and Mark were an awesome team and we got a better vehicle ! More

Painless!! Bought my 2018 F150 here so brought it in for its first oil change, WHICH WAS FREE!!. However I dropped my vehicle with the main complaint it was not running well, and while in asked to do a checkup as it was recently purchased. At the end of the day I dropped it off, there as NO solution to the original complaint. In the end they replaced the spark plugs/boots seemingly to appease me, but the engine ran worse less than a day later. Very upset and disappointed. Mostly because I spent more than I would have at my local mechanic, and still had the main issue I started with. Had my vehicle 3 days... More
