All went well....had 1st appointment arrangement.... However..."wear mask mandate" which is an automatic requirement virtually everywhere in these times, wasn't being followed by your e arrangement.... However..."wear mask mandate" which is an automatic requirement virtually everywhere in these times, wasn't being followed by your employees arriving for work thru the customer waiting room...and, the one other customer who joined me in the waiting room during the time I was there did not wear a mask the entire time....and wasn't approached to do so. The people were great and the price was more than fair. I have only one complaint. I scheduled to pick up my car a day in advance. I expected that the paper work would have been done when I got there. I have only one complaint. I scheduled to pick up my car a day in advance. That being said, I was glad that I could purchase a car from a small local dealer instead of one of the mega owners that seem to be dominating the industry in this area. More
