Have always trusted Colonial to get the job done right. Unfortunately my truck was treated like xxxx by the person who repaired it. He left parts in the cup holders, broke a plastic cover and damaged my ge Unfortunately my truck was treated like xxxx by the person who repaired it. He left parts in the cup holders, broke a plastic cover and damaged my gear shifter. The gear shifter was working smooth as silk before the repair but when I picked the vehicle up the shifter was very stiff, actually hard to shift from Park to Drive. I brought the truck back to the dealer and they attempted to say that there was nothing wrong with the shifter. Anthony was of no help with this situation. I would be very hesitant to bring my truck back to Colonial for anything in the future. More
