I scheduled my 2025 Explorer for a works package and a recall. I left the vehicle at 8:15 AM and didn’t hear it was ready to close to 5:30 PM. I was given a ride back to the dealership from home to find o recall. I left the vehicle at 8:15 AM and didn’t hear it was ready to close to 5:30 PM. I was given a ride back to the dealership from home to find out the recall had not been done because the parts were not available until another week. I am disappointed to find this out as it should have been discussed upfront. It was an inconvenience to have our car kept all day for a relatively simple service request. More
