My 2011 Lincoln MKX wouldn't pass the emissions test for a sticker. Peter the technician finally solved the problem while Joe made sure I knew what was going on through a long wait. I have two Ford automobiles a 2012 Fusion Sport and a 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang both I purchased at Colonial Ford. I get all of my service done by them and have never had a bad experience with any of th 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang both I purchased at Colonial Ford. I get all of my service done by them and have never had a bad experience with any of the sales or service staff. Today I took the Fusion in for routine service. My service adviser was Fred Defero Although my appointment was for routine service Fred took the time to ask additional questions about the car and its performance, there were no issues but I did have some questions regarding the service lights, tire pressure and engine service and how to reset them, Fred was more than happy to explain the reset procedure with me. My Technician was Peter LaGruta I got more of the same from Peter who took the time to discuss the condition of the breaks with me, I had asked to have them well checked over. Peter told me that the breaks had plenty of pad and that the rotors were in great shape. In my past experience with other shops that question would have been an open invitation to perform maintenance that was completely unnecessary. The staff at Colonial For will keep me coming back for both cars and service. Well done Colonial Ford Don Martin More
