I've always enjoyed the friendly and pleasant experience from the Colonial Ford staff when coming in to have my vehicle serviced. I called in for my 5,000 mile service on Monday 11/25 for my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7: my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7:40am and was met by Joe Murphy (my usual and long time contact). Joe propmptly took me right in and expeditiously got my expedtion in for service with Mike. I appreciated the fast and attentive care for my needs for a quick turn-around everytime I come there. As ususal my car is professionally and expertly maintained with a car wash and vacumm that follows. I have had up to 5 vehicles maintained by Colonial over that past 10 years with over 1,000,000 mile recorded collectively and this doesn't include the many customers I've referred there. My wife and I keep coming back to Colonial because of the professional and courtesous care we have received in the past, present and look forward to many more years ahead - even though we have moved to Maine We appreciate Joe and his team for all that they do for me and my family. I brought my 2005 F-150 in for service. It had several items that needed attention including issues with the 4 wheel drive and several electrical repairs. They fixed all of them perfectly. I received the works, the washing and vacuuming. Also lube oil tire rotation with inspection. The inspection by Peter LaGruta, technician. Found the tires appeared to have some wear not consistent. He had let Fred Defeo know, who called me and explained the situation. He recommended the "road handling package" service. Road force balance and alignment. I was skeptical at first, and decided that they know their product. I was surprised at how much smoother my truck road. I hadn't thought their was nothing wrong. Thanks guys! More

I had a great first time experience with the Service Center at Colonial Ford of Plymouth! I have recently purchased a used F-150 and needed some additional keys made. Joe Murphy the Service Manager went Center at Colonial Ford of Plymouth! I have recently purchased a used F-150 and needed some additional keys made. Joe Murphy the Service Manager went above and beyond to not only get me new keys fight away, but also to figure out a way to fix the old door lock clicker so that I wouldn't have to go to the expense of replacing it. He also advised me of a safety recall on my truck and was able to take care of it right away with the help of his Service Technician Mike Recupero. Mike was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and even washed the truck before I left! I would highly recommend the service team at Colonial Ford of Plymouth, and when I get ready for a new truck, I will definitely head that way! More
