Mike is always professional, knowledgeable, very patient, and helpful--if you have a negative picture of the stereotypical "car salesman" in your mind, he's the opposite. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Colonial also has a tremendous inventory, and we had a number of choices within the rather specific parameters we had set. The transaction was fast and trouble free and the car was prepped beautifully. We also were helped by Pat Stavola on Mike's day off and he was terrific as well.
