I had spoken with Mark Palladino in the past and he told me when I was ready to buy, to come on in...so my boyfriend and I came in on Black Friday at 9:00 a.m. We were fortunate enough to get hooked up with Pat Stavola who listened to my wants/needs, discussed an Escape and a Fusion and test drove both. After the test drive and discussion with Pat, it was a no brainer - I was going with the Fusion. It has everything I wanted and more! The car is awesome and has so many cool features including voice commands for everything, an over-the-top navigation system and heated seats AND steering wheel. I went with black with the light interior and it's a beautiful car! Pat was great to deal with...Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he definitely got me in the right car for me.
