This dealership gives provides me with trust and confidence, plus a nice dose of humor too :-) Bob Simonelli also participated in the selling process, and having purchased Fords in prior years with Bob as a focal point for prior sales, it must be noted that knowing Bob heavily influenced my decision to buy from Colonial. In summary, with Don Bashak taking the lead in selling our new Escape, he did and continues to do, after the selling process ( Don has helped us on several occasions in training on the use of the Escape's many many features: Nav, Voice Recognition, Sound source choices, Key Fob operation, much much more ) an excellent job. SERVICE DEPARTMENT INEPT Steve, after all this....almost 2 months – 4 phone calls (never returned) – 4 trips to the service dept....you gave me the wrong bolts I sort of th Steve, after all this....almost 2 months – 4 phone calls (never returned) – 4 trips to the service dept....you gave me the wrong bolts I sort of thought it odd about all the talk about having to get a kit, what was that plastic piece in the bag, but what do I know....this is your area of expertise. Obviously frustrated when I tried to install it on Saturday in the rain, I gave my New Hampshire dealer (purchase location) a call....shoot us a picture – oh, just a tailgate bolt....we’ll send one to ya Monday morning...arrived today (7-22-15)...perhaps what you guys ordered had something to do with that ladder and support stand option, but gee whilikers....THE TRUCK WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU 1) how difficult could it had been to remove a tail gate bolt from an existing “stock inventory vehicle” even to just check 2) why did it merely sit , ignored on the counter for days....a simple phone call could have solved the PO Box and Residential Address dilemma 3) I never did receive the USPS delivery anyway – to this day "N O T H I N G" Not a major deal, I suppose, and you guys will continue on your merry way.
