I want to personally thank you for your kind comments about Jane. I believe I spoke to you yesterday at the desk in the showroom, thank you for taking the time to do that. I noticed you rated the price a 4 out of 5; unfortunately, when you did that it affected Jane's overall score from a 5 to a 4.8. Getting the best price for the customer is part of Jane's job and is looked at by other potential customers as a negative. dear ed, well today was my big day. i picked up my new crv...it was such a pleasure for me to go in and see jane and have her give me the time and info that i needed to feel so comfortable driving away in my new car. when i commented on the price it had nothing to do with jane getting me the best price. i had a very realistic idea of the price of the car i was interested in. it was a general statement of , in a perfect world i would of loved to buy the car at much less money but in the real world, that is no so. that being said, i would like to say thank u for a very easy process and i hope as time goes on i can count on a good relationship. i shall hold your dealership in high opinion and pass on the recommendation to all that ask. on a personal level, until i walked in there on tuesday i had never met jane fernandes. she is the nicest young lady i have met in a long time. i hope for her all good things in life and success in her future. she made a lasting impression on me as well as my 16 year old daughter. as a family, i and my 2 kids always give our car a nickname. we just retired our 12 year old "luigi'. AS WE WERE RIDING IN OUR NEW CRV FOR THE FIRST TIME, MY DAUGHTER DECIDED OUR NEW NAME FOR OUR NEW CAR ....NONE OTHER THAN......JANE.....how cool is that. have a good day. sue dias
