Jason Lopes was excellent. He walked us through every step of the way and he continues to be extremely attentive. There was an issue with the details about what features the car came with. He immediately made sure that the issue was resolved, without any further cost to me. In addition, Manny in the Finance Dept. was exceptional in his service as well. He made sure that we received the best loan deal for the car. An amenity I love about the dealership itself is the way the service area is set up. I love just driving into the building for service without having to leave my car outside.
