Midianva, I understand your concern and am truly sorry you were not pleased with your visit to our dealership. We at the dealership merely try to facilitate a good relationship between our customers and propective lenders. If our customers cannot provide stipulations neccessary to attain a loan, the financial institution may "decline" or "counter" the application. Our intent is to sell our customers the vehicle they feel will meet their needs. There are some approvals that are tougher than others, where the bank tells the dealership which type of vehicle would work "best" for our customer. This is not a tactic or ploy, its just a necessary option that a bank must explore. Midianva, we werent looking to "rip you off" as you state in your message, in fact we did not even sell you a car or earn your business. Hi, thanks for the response, I was hoping that someone was paying attention. I do understand that fitting an applicant with a vehicle is a part of the process there, especially when the credit situation is not up to par. The fact remains though..... I was looking for someone to be up front and honest, and to let me know what was available to me. When I said that I did not like the vehicle, we should have moved on to something else, or ended the discussion. Instead the conversation persisted, and the sales tactics involved made me want to take a hot shower to wash away the shame per se. :) I do not remember the name of the person who serviced me.... hopefully the shock of me walking out has allowed this person to reflect on our conversation and adjust his process accordingly. I also understand that you yourself may not employ these tactics, and you may actually be a genuine, stand up guy. That aside, my experience in this case was still unacceptable, and as such, my review stands. Also, regardless of what the bank says, or whose hands are tied, a 5k markup on a 10k vehicle is a bit much, especially when a high interest rate accompanies the purchase. Would anyone really be expected to pay 50% more on a vehicle just because the bank says so? would you buy a 400k house for 600k in principal? You have to admit that this seems like a "ripoff" from where I stand. Thanks for taking the time to follow up on this.

Midianva, I see there is still confusion, justiafiably so. Sub-prime lenders have a very complex approval program. I implore you to call me personally at the dealership to go into greater detail on the complexities of aquistion fees and lending parameters.
