Never again. My family has been a long time customer of this dealership for about 20 years now and I personally have been treated terribly for the past few years. My family has been a long time customer of this dealership for about 20 years now and I personally have been treated terribly for the past few years. I bought my first car in 2012 at Colonial because I thought I would be taken care of and treated properly since my family is such a loyal customer of Colonial, but boy was I wrong. I have had a problem with my Accent for 3 years now, and every time I bring my car in for service I am told there is nothing wrong. I once mentioned that I thought it had something to do with the axel and was laughed at. I went in to have the issue evaluated in this past winter and was told that in order to fix the problem I have to replace something I replaced in 2018. In 2018 they told me replacing the front strut would fix the problem and it did not. I told them the problem was not fixed and nothing came of it. Finally, I told them something needs to be done about this and I will not pay for it any longer. I refuse to be jerked around by this dealership any longer. I have spent far too much money at this dealership to have none of my problems resolved. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I am thankful they replaced what they think is the problem without charging me, even though I told them it did not fix the problem 2 years ago, but it should not have to take this much effort to get the proper work done. To top it all off, when I dropped my car off, the service ladies gave another customer the wrong paperwork, so he paid for someone else's car and the SAME THING happened when I went to pick up my car. There is no attention to detail and especially no regard for customers. The people in the service department do not listen to customer concerns, and have excuses for anything you may have to say. Coming from someone who works in the human services field, it is safe to say they are in need of some customer service training. I am now in the market for a new car and will never purchase another vehicle from Colonial Hyundai. I would not recommend going to Colonial, in fact, I would advise against going there for anything ever. More
