Reg Maintenance/ Oil change I scheduled my oil change through the genesis app; there were a few hiccups when I got to the dealership (they did not have my appointment info) but t I scheduled my oil change through the genesis app; there were a few hiccups when I got to the dealership (they did not have my appointment info) but the team took care of everything seamlessly. I was provided a similar courtesy vehicle and was notified the following day when my car was finished. Since this is a new brand I figured there might be some tweaks, but there service was good, speedy and professional. I do want to mention I lease the Genesis and it comes with a "free maintenance" package...I thought there would be some kind of hidden fee or charge...but it WAS ACTUALLY FREE....that was a very pleasant surprise! It really does build trust with the brand and dealership! More

Always get great service As usual my car was serviced and returned to me cleaner and running well. They picked up my car and returned it washed, disinfected, oil changed, front brake pads replaced and I never needed to leave my house!!! More

A very pleasant experience Was in recently for an regular service visit and a leaking tire which was covered under warranty. The service work isn’t my complaint, when I asked to have my car washed it was never explained that they changed their policy and the gold card (which was in my glove box) needed to be in the cup holder. The vehicle was dropped off the night before my appointment and they had it all day for inspection only. I waited upon pick up to get it washed on my own. The service associate kept suggesting an oil change due to the fact they recommend it ever 3750 miles due to where I live (PA). I’ve already discussed this with the service manager and I follow the normal service intervals as listed in the manual to stay within warranty. More
