This was my first time ever leasing a new car. I had originally bought my 2002 Mazda Protege5 from a used car dealership a year before coming to Colonial Mazda. However, after a year and a half of having her I was wanting/needing a newer car. I came here and in the first day I fell in love with the 2014 Mazda3, I got the greatest salesman I think I've ever met named Adam Dean. He knew everything about all the cars that were there, he asked me exactly what I was looking for and since I'm 18, I wanted fast, sporty, reliable, decent in snow, and he 100% delivered. He was very funny, caring, considerate, and made sure everything was set and in order the day of the purchase. I will definitely be continuing all of my leases at Colonial Mazda with Adam Dean! More

We visited Colonial Mazda initially to test drive the Mazda 3 and see how it compared with other compact sedans. He was patient with us while we took our time examining the different trims and and he made sure we understood the differences between all of them. More importantly, there was no pressure to buy from them on that day and there was no hard over selling. When we decided to go ahead with Mazda 3, Colonial Mazda was an automatic choice. This being our first car, I was apprehensive about bargaining the price. Nelson was extremely helpful, there was no back and forth on numbers and it took us a short time to reach a number. We picked the car up a couple of days back and the car is really nice. Again, there was no overselling of accessories that we could add to the car. Nelson went over the car with us and also explained the service terms and the service team at Colonial Mazda sounds like a good one. I hope that our opinion of the service team ends up being as great as the one we have of Nelson and the sales team. More

I was a first time car buyer, and like any other 1st time buyer I had my worries, especially after a negative experience at another dealership. John made sure I was able to get a good feel of the car before we even started to discuss purchasing. They made sure I was extremely comfortable which put all my first time buyer jitters at ease. Even though my credit isnt the best, Roy and the rest of the team made sure I was still able to get a loan. Fred set me up with a warenty which made me even more satisfied with the car and the dealership. Everyone at the dealership is 100% on your team and doing eveything they can to help you. I've worked in customer service for over 8 years and I have never been treated so good at any establishment. I am so happy I decided to go to Colonial Madza. It was just luck that I went there, and now Im a very happy owner of a Mazda6. I love my car and I would definately return and refer people to this dealership.
