I usually get my CX-9 serviced right before the holidays, and Jeremy and Kevin take care of me so My Mazda runs tip top for the Winter. Adam always makes sure that I leave the dealership as happy as I came in. Cheers to Cody and Tom for being such good sports too.

"Top notch service"

Kudo's to Joe, Jeremy and the entire service staff at Colonial. After having a few issues with my new CX-9, Joe and Jeremy were very accommodating and worked diligently to get my car repaired. Having a loaner car for me was a nice touch as well. Great bunch of people at Colonial Mazda. Definitely the place to buy and service your Mazda.

I've known Adam from our business networking group for a couple years now. Even though I had purchased a used Cadillac SRX before I had met him but recently the car had started to show some mechanical issues. Without hesitation, I asked Adam to introduce me to his service department and he did so quickly. Joe and Jeremy were extremely helpful in diagnosing and repairing my Cadillac at their Mazda shop. "Tire replacement"

We came in with one flat tire and one damaged tire as the service center was closing. They volunteered to stay for an additional hour on a Saturday. Work was conducted quickly and we were able to get on with our weekend with little delay. For a bad situation, they made it as seamless as possible. Thank you Joe and your team!

"Accomodating and curteous"

I have had all my scheduled service appointment with Colonial since I bought my CX-5 a year and a half ago. I'm very pleased with the service they do on my car in order to keep me safe on the road at all times. I'm always greeted with a pleasant hello and whenever I have questions they are good about explaiing in detail the problems and solutions to repairing them, I drive 31 miles one way to get there but it's well worth it. Today I was in for my free oil change. It's cetainly nice walking out without having to pay a penny!
