CX9 Touring- Delighted Customer I recently purchased a vehicle from Colonial Mazda. While the process for buying a car can be tedious and frustrating, working with Colonial (Adam) wa I recently purchased a vehicle from Colonial Mazda. While the process for buying a car can be tedious and frustrating, working with Colonial (Adam) was the single best purchase experience I have ever had for a vehicle. First of all, once I decided to drive the CX9 Touring model, I was hooked right away. Comfort, Features and most importantly how the car drives had me sold. I looked at 5 other comparable vehicles, but in reality, there isn't anything that is comparable in value. My past experiences (many), tell me that once deciding on a model, that's when the fun begins. I am delighted to have worked with Colonial, both Sales and Business office. They made my buying experience better than I could have expected by far. Here is why: 1. It's awesome to work with a sales professional that actually listens to the customer! At no time did I feel the shoe was about to drop, nor was I fielding excuses. Straight up conversation through out. 2. I wasn't "talked into" anything, or pressured on the Up-sell. I did purchase a warranty product strictly based on the value of the product, not the pressure of the dealership. 3. The product speaks for itself, but it is a turn off if it is over-sold. Thank you Adam. 4. Upon deciding, the information flow was easy, transparent and consistent. the deal we agreed on was the deal we executed. No surprises. 5. The business office went way beyond in obtaining the best finance rate for me, and delivered an outstanding experience. Colonial Mazda wanted my business, and demonstrated that with action, not words. I have already recommended Colonial, and 2 members of the staff to several family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank You! More

We went to see Adan Dean, from whom we had bought a Mazda about a year and a half ago. We were impressed then by the way he treated us when we bought a car for my son. This time he remembered us well when we returned to Colonial Mazda and helped us learn all we needed to know about the new Miata hardtop convertible. A few weeks later we received a phone call from Adam who told us that the model and color of car we wanted had just came in to Colonial Mazda. We went to the dealership and along with General Sales Manager David Adam, negotiated a fair price for the car and picked it up a couple of days later. We are very happy with the car and our buying experience.. We have received many compliments on the car and would recommend Colonial Mazda and Adam Dean to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
