Finely tuned sales people - high-pressure sales As a sales professional myself for over 2 decades, I was very impressed with their sales force that knew exactly what to say immediately after the oth As a sales professional myself for over 2 decades, I was very impressed with their sales force that knew exactly what to say immediately after the other person finished with their pitch. They ran like a finely tuned machine. To me, the sale was a high-pressure sell but, that is what I expected and was used to it. A negative I have to state was that after we agreed on the price and sale and shook hands, Joe started typing it into the computer and said that they need to talk to me about something. Another employee came and indicated that they are required by GM to tell me that this vehicle was reviewed by GM for a transmission noise and that was the reason the previous owner traded it in. Obviously, I would have liked to know this during our negotiations. I asked Joe if, and when, he was going to tell me about this. He said that if it was a problem, I could "un-shake" his hand. He showed me that paperwork that GM checked out the vehicle with no issues. Other than mentioned above, the people were friendly, and I look forward to a long life of this vehicle. Finally, the lifetime warranty on the powertrain was also a factor in the decision. More
