I hadn't planned on buying a truck or anything that was not used. However, I decided to take a walk around Colonial's used cars just to see what was out there. Chris Frank came out and introduced himself to me and asked me a few questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for. I knew I wasn't planning on a truck but I saw the Silverado and was interested. Chris gave me a great explanation of all the features of the truck and what it meant to be certified pre-owned. Once I knew I wanted the truck, Chris was very helpful in making the car buying process more enjoyable. The rest of the team at Colonial was very nice and supportive (I had a couple special requests on some extras that I wanted added to the truck that day) and they got the job done, very satisfied.
