My car buying experience started off on the wrong foot as I was forced into looking at newer vehicles when my vehicle broke down. She gave me all the information I asked for an then some! I arranged a meeting with her to look at the two vehicles they had on the lot. As I got there she was waiting patiently outside for me in freezing rain, just to help ME! This was my first experience buying a car by myself. She treated me like her own son, looking out for my best interest from start to finish. Cynthia was great to work with. She made it easy to get a hold of her with email, phone, and text! The vehicle I purchased from her was priced at a comparable price or better than all the same vehicles I researched in the area!! She really took care of me from start to finish! It was a complete sale from the moment I walked into her office and she offered me a Coke in a glass bottle and more candy than Halloween could yield. I thought it was time to search for a new vehicle, mine was 11 years old. I had seen an outlander sport on a TV commercial and loved the looks. I searched online for the nearest dealer, which was 85 mile was 11 years old. I had seen an outlander sport on a TV commercial and loved the looks. My husband and I decided to take a ride and check out the cars, we did bring our 2 dogs with us not thinking we would buy a car that day. When we arrived we both spotted the rally red outlander. We were greeted immediately. We took the car for a test drive and I really liked the car. It was Saturday and the dealership closed at 4pm and we arrived shortly after 2pm and also had our dogs with us. That did not matter to them, they welcomed our dogs into the dealership and made us very comfortable. They stayed open and did not rush us or make us feel uncomfortable for keeping them open past the time of closing. Greg was great and so was everyone else. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

They were diligent in looking to other dealers and even out-of-state dealers when they were unable to provide us with the car from their own stock. We finally ordered a car from GMC and it only took about 6 weeks. We are thrilled with the Terrain and the deal we received. They helped us get all the rebates that we gualified for, so we were more than pleased with the price. We also got the Protection Plan and the Extended Warrenty thru Colonial. The service staff treated us with prompt and friendly attention. They provided us with a loaner car and did the work in a timely manner. We look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

I originally requested more information on a vehicle that Colonial Motor mart had listed online. We received information regarding the vehicle within 1 hour of sending the request. We were called about the car by Cynthia Cardiello and she gave us all the information we needed about the vehicle and its current condition. She was very friendly throughout the whole process and she was never unclear or false with any information that she had provided us. When we went to the dealership in person to test drive the car we were greeted by friendly faces and felt like we were already valued customers even though we had never done business with this dealership before. After test driving the car and taking a look at the interior/exterior I noticed that the car had tires which would need replaced soon so I mentioned this to Cynthia. She agreed and assured us that new tires would be installed on the car before we took the car home. While the car was being inspected, Cynthia sat us down to go over paperwork. She also provided our 18 month old daughter with a juice box, some crayons, and a coloring book to keep her entertained while we went over numbers. While we were looking at paperwork Cynthia was informed that one of the parts on the car we were going to purchase needed to be replaced before it could pass inspection. The part needed special ordered and would take a week or so to be delivered. I really appreciated the honesty that the dealership displayed because they could of easily sold us the car knowing about the issue and let us worry about the repair after we already owned the car. They would not let us leave with the car in our name until the car was up to their standards and the faulty part was taken care of and replaced. Since we could not take the car home, Cynthia arranged for the car to be delivered to our doorstep when it was ready and gave us almost daily updates on the process of getting the car fixed and delivered. The car was delivered fixed, clean, and running great. We were really happy with the experience of purchasing a car from Colonial Motor Mart and we will recommend purchasing a car from Cynthia to anyone we know that is looking. To speak about price, the price of the car was under or dead on point with any price we found while researching the vehicle we ended up buying. You cannot go wrong working with this dealership. They will make you feel like a valued customer instantly and will make sure you are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. No tricks here this place is the real deal. More

Outstanding customer service and went far beyond any car dealer we have ever dealt with "ever"! The lifetime warranty was fully described to us so that there would be no confusion. But what makes me write this review is what happen after the sale, there arose a major issue with the vehicle we purchased. Within hours of the final sale we noticed that there was a major defect in the vehicle and contacted Cynthia immediately. With no questions asked she asked us to bring the vehicle back and the major repair was completed with promptly. During the repair we were given a top rate vehicle to use. I would without any doubt recommend Cynthia to all my friends and to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. You will be treated like one of the family and with the highest respect. We are planning to purchase another vehicle in the near future for our son and will be returning to Cynthia and Colonial for the purchase. More
