I have always wanted a Mazda Miata since the first time I saw one in 1990. Back then I had 6 kids to tote around so I settled for a full size wagon for years. But my heart was always with that Mazda. So I started looking (almost 2 years) on the internet for used one, preferably British Green with tan interior. I found several and by the time I got to those dealerships they were gone! So then I ran across a one listed on the internet (not the right color, but still great looking) at Colonial and sent off an email to Cynthia to inquire if the car was still available. I got an instant response and asked if I could come out to see it. I live in the Pittsburgh area which is about a hour and a half away from this place. Cynthia offered to meet my husband and I half way with the car, but we wanted to go for the drive (so we could visit my daughter who lives about 20 minutes from there). So we headed out to the dealership which was so easy to find! I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I must say this is one of the BEST and FRIENDLIEST ever! This is a small town dealership with BIG time values. From the time we got there, everyone was so nice. I use to go to a nice small dealership in the Forest Hills area, but when the car recession hit, they closed and merged with another dealership. Those dealerships are Mega Centers now and when I visited them I didn't feel they were looking out for my best interest or listening to what I wanted. Cynthia was really listening to me and she will keep an eye out for the green Miata for me. I bought the beautiful blue one from Colonial, which I will pass on to my granddaughter in 7 years when she's 18. More

When you set out to buy a car the last thing you think of is making a friend. So, when I made the call to Cynthia Cardiello to inquire about a vehicle that was on the web site. She is really a different type of sale person, I was on the phone not five minutes, and she says “let me call you back I’m going outside to sit in the car and tell you all about it.” I was shocked but pleasantly surprised, when she called right back and began describing the car inside and out, front to back. So, I had to go out there and get this car. When I arrived there it was If I had known her for a long while, and the best part everything was just as she described and no different. Because, she is not a sales person …She is a very nice and honest person that just happens to be in the car business. The Most impressive thing was not doing the business of buy the car. it came after I had purchased the vehicle drove it home and had it for about a week and a half. I needed to get the vehicle inspected so I did, and it did not pass. It needed new rotors and I immediately called Cynthia explain the situation and she said “I will make sure you don’t pay a penny!!” True to her word I didn’t …NOW that’s Customer service. That is the type of thing you don’t get all the time when your dealing with cars and dealerships and the politics of it all, but she was straight to the point no run around, and that is something you just can’t buy. So would I recommend you do business with her Yes, would I buy from her and the dealership again Yes. She will help you if she can, and if she cant she set off on the right path. What more can you ask for. More

Out of the 12 vehicle purchases we made in the past, Colonial Auto Mart was THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! We live 2 hours away so I was reluctant to inquire on a GMC Acadia that I found on Autotrader Colonial Auto Mart was THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Since it was so late on Saturday afternoon when I sent the text I never anticipated Cyndi would respond so quickly. She told me they close at 4 but if we wanted to see it to come on up she would wait for us. We packed up our 2 teenage kids and drove to Indiana. We pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by Cyndi, she had my 2 teenagers laughing in the first 2 minutes ( now I was really impressed). She made us feel at ease throughout the whole buying process. We kicked back in her office for awhile. There was no haggling, the vehicle was priced right. Not only was vehicle priced to sell, but it came with their EXCLUSIVE AND COMPLIMENTARY LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. Cyndi and Joe never made us feel pressured, they were truly unbelievable!! To boot, they had 2 drivers deliver our new vehicle with almost a full tank of gas to our home with all the loan paperwortk....AMAZING!! Cyndi is truly the best of the best!!! Highly recommended!!!! Now I purchase all my cars online and this is where I met Cynthia. I was in the market for a Mazda 6 and of the 3 dealerships I was working with Colonial and especially Cynthia immediately stood out. Cynthia and I traded emails well after the dealership closed. Cynthia was super responsive and very forthcoming with all the information I requested window sticker, dealer invoice, etc. Cynthia and I quickly worked out a great deal all with me not having to step foot in to the dealership. When I picked up the car everything was as she said it would be, perfect. I was so impressed with my experience I pulled Cynthia’s GM aside to express my feelings. Cynthia was by far the best person to work with ever. I have delt with a lot of dealers and she is all around great. She was very understanding in my needs and worked with me to get me in to something tha have delt with a lot of dealers and she is all around great.
