The managers/salesmen should spend time at OTHER dealerships If managers spent any time at competing dealerships, or just learn the basics of showing cars, they'd know this isn't okay. They have a white, 2017 Pa If managers spent any time at competing dealerships, or just learn the basics of showing cars, they'd know this isn't okay. They have a white, 2017 Pathfinder (platinum trim) that clearly has a black shoe or boot print on backseat headliner, a leaky (or at very least carelessly used) sunroof that has an ovbious water stain as big as the cover you slide back to reaveal the window. When you roll down the windows (both sides), the channel wreaks of mildew (there's undoubedly milldew in the doors), it's NOT in the trim piece. The driver's seatbelt was frayed and knicked in three places. The salesman (actually two of them) "acted" surprised to learn of these things even though the Pathfinder has been theirs since winter. Used cars all have little dings and scratches and little problems here and there, that's reasonable and previous owners can be as careless with their cars as they want to be, but good dealerships do their best to clear these things up. This one had things that should have been fixed prior to A) certiffying it, and B) putting it out for sale. It shows very little attention. The car (for sale) parked next to this Pathfinder had a flat tire (not low), flat. He wanted to show me a Murano. It literally had dirt all over the seat, steering area like it just went down a dirt road w/ the windows down. I'm not being picky. I've seen 10 other dealerships in the last couple of weeks. When you go to buy a car for $20,000-$30,000 you expect it to be gone through reasonably well. Sales people should put pressure on the managers to put pressure on the people who prep cars because I'm sure it's costing them lost business. They lost mine because if they don't get these obvious things right, you KNOW they're missing something elsewhere. The two salesmen I met with were nice enough, but that doesn't matter if the product is sub-par. More
Great Experience! I usually don't take the time write reviews, but I felt my recent experience at Colonial Nissan warranted a glowing one. After a few bad trips to othe I usually don't take the time write reviews, but I felt my recent experience at Colonial Nissan warranted a glowing one. After a few bad trips to other dealerships, I immediately felt in good hands upon beginning the process at Colonial. All the employees were friendly and genuine. The salesman we worked with, Fred Segal, was very professional and helped us find the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Colonial Nissan! More
