Worst Car Buying Exerience Ever On Saturday 8-25-18 I visited Colonial Nissan to trade in my 2015 Armada for a 2018 Armada. Was met by the salesman Rick Trier who would not inform me On Saturday 8-25-18 I visited Colonial Nissan to trade in my 2015 Armada for a 2018 Armada. Was met by the salesman Rick Trier who would not inform me of the sticker price on a vehicle on the lot (2018 Armada Platinum Reserve). Actually I looked at other vehicles on the lot and they also do not have posted pricing. Instead they have the Sales Manager (Greg Dion) intercede to tell you he wants to make the best deal for you-the customer-which is just the opposite of the truth. He begins the spiel by stating the trade in of my immaculate 4 year old Armada is practically worthless and they would be unable to sell it on there used car lot. I did my prior homework at other dealers and received a much higher vehicle trade in value which led me to not believe anything that Greg Dion stated. I purchased the 2018 Armada Platinum Reserve as this model is difficult to locate at this point in the model year. Received a text message from the salesman (Rick Trier) 3 days later demanding that I contact my insurance carrier at once regarding a mailing address disparity. Received a call from my insurance agent at State Farm advising that Rick Trier contacted them to have some information sent to the dealership without my permission. I would recommend that you take a wide detour around to avoid this dealership or at least avoid the unscrupulous salesman (Rick Trier) and Sales Manager Greg Dion. Your vehicle buying experience will be soo much better. More

Excellent Experience on New Purchase I went to Colonial Nissan to look at the New Nissan Pathfinder. My salesmen Gary was Great. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful through-out I went to Colonial Nissan to look at the New Nissan Pathfinder. My salesmen Gary was Great. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful through-out the process. The 2018 pathfinder Exceeded my expectations. The steering was tight, the ride was smooth and the 284 horse power engine had lots of power. Acceleration was very strong and quiet. It has all the latest Safety features available. There is much more room in this that the Toyota Highlander. My wife, 2 kids, (2 dogs) and I love this Pathfinder. More
